The purpose of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data is to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, particularly the right to privacy, in the processing of personal data, and to regulate the obligations of natural and legal persons processing personal data, as well as the procedures and principles to be followed.

Tülay Akkol Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic, acting as the Data Controller within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law") and related legislation, may process your personal data only within the framework described below and in accordance with the Private Hospitals Regulation, the Ministry of Health regulations, and other legislation.

Method of Collection of Your Personal Data
Your personal data will be collected by Tülay Akkol Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic for the purposes of protecting public health, preventive medicine, records related to your applications to our healthcare institutions, medical diagnosis, treatment, and care services, and the planning and management of healthcare services and financing. This information is obtained through oral, written, visual, or electronic means. This information is obtained through records shared with private insurance companies, records from other healthcare institutions if you are referred to our healthcare institutions, emails you send, call center call records, the website, and through verbal, written, and similar channels.

Your personal data, especially your health data, and your general personal data may be processed by Tülay Akkol Oral and Dental Health Clinic in a proportionate manner and in connection with the purposes specified in this article, including, but not limited to, the following:
Your identification information: Your name, surname, Turkish ID number, Your ID number, passport number or temporary Turkish ID number, place and date of birth, marital status, gender, insurance and/or patient protocol number, and other identifying information that may identify you.

Images obtained from camera recordings that are continuously recorded in common areas at our clinic as required by law,
Health data and other personal data you submit or enter on all websites belonging to the Tülay Akkol Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic,
If you apply for a job at the Tülay Akkol Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic, your personal data, including your CV, and any personal data related to your employment contract if you are an employee or affiliated employee of the Tülay Akkol Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic.

Within the scope of legislation regarding health services, which are a public service, and in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698; As the data controller, Tülay Akkol Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic may only process the sensitive personal data of our valued patients for the following purposes:
