When applying for healthcare services at a healthcare facility, your rights are as follows:
The Right to Benefit from Services in General:
To benefit from healthcare services within the framework of the principles of justice and fairness. You have the right to receive services regardless of race, language, religion and sect, gender, philosophical beliefs, or economic and social status.
The Right to Be Informed:
You have the right to learn about all healthcare services and opportunities available and to request all necessary information regarding your health status, either verbally or in writing.
The Right to Choose and Change Healthcare Facilities and Personnel:
You have the right to choose and change healthcare facilities, and to benefit from healthcare services provided at your chosen healthcare facility. You have the right to learn, choose, and change the identities, duties, and titles of physicians and other healthcare professionals providing healthcare services.
Privacy:
They have the right to receive all types of healthcare services in a confidential environment.
Refusal, Withholding, and Consent:
They have the right to refuse treatment, request its cessation, obtain consent for medical intervention, and benefit from services within the scope of their consent.
Security:
They have the right to receive healthcare services in a safe environment.
Ability to Fulfill Religious Obligations:
They have the right to fulfill their religious obligations, within the limits of the healthcare facility's capabilities and within the framework of administrative measures.
Respect for Human Values, Dignity, and Comfort:
They have the right to receive healthcare services in a friendly, polite, and compassionate environment with respect, care, and attention, where all hygienic conditions are met, and all noise and distractions are eliminated.
Visits and Companions:
Patients have the right to receive visitors, in accordance with the procedures and principles established by healthcare facilities, and to have a companion, if deemed appropriate by the physician, within the limits of legislation and the facilities available at the healthcare facility.
Right to Appeal, Complain, and Sue:
In the event of a violation of their rights, they have the right to exercise all rights of appeal, complaint, and lawsuit within the framework of the legislation.
